Vintage Zuni thunderbird squash blossom

 The Zuni Thunderbird Symbol represents power, protection, and strength. It is often seen as the most powerful of all spirits and can also transform into human form by opening his head up like a mask and taking his feathers off as if they were a mere blanket.

  This gorgeous vintage Zuni thunderbird squash blossom necklace is inlay with turquoise, mother of pearl, onyx, and coral. This one-of-a-kind necklace features 13 Thunderbird style inlay pieces, 5 on each side and 3 on the naja pendant. All on double beaded strands that taper to one and strung on a foxtail chain.
